Red-hot author Miranda Kenneally hits one out of the park in this return to Catching Jordan's Hundred Oaks High.

Parker Shelton pretty much has the perfect life. She’s on her way to becoming valedictorian at Hundred Oaks High, she’s made the all-star softball team, and she has plenty of friends. Then her mother’s scandal rocks their small town and suddenly no one will talk to her.

Now Parker wants a new life.

So she quits softball. Drops twenty pounds. And she figures why kiss one guy when she can kiss three? Or four. Why limit herself to high school boys when the majorly cute new baseball coach seems especially flirty?

But how far is too far before she loses herself completely?

I finished Catching Jordan a week ago and I love Miranda's writing so much that I bought this book right away. I had a really high hope and I was so glad that this book gave me yet another sweet love story. It's entertaining and enjoyable. I was grinning the whole time like crazy. At first I was worrying that I would know who Parker would end up with because there was a lot of similarities to Cathing Jordan. But Miranda surprised me completely, I did not know it would turn out like that.

It's a quick read with so much fun. The characters are realistic. Poor Parker she had to deal with a lot of drama: school drama, family drama, and church drama...oh boy I dont think I could handle all of that without going crazy. Parker is not perfect, she did make mistake but she is quickly learned from it and move on. That's what I loved about her.

Miranda is now my favorite, auto buy author list =). So if you haven't read any book by her yet what are you waiting for....go go go =)

  1. I've heard about Miranda, though I've never felt compelled to read any of her titles. Which is unfortunate, because you seem to love them! Maybe I should try it out sometime. :)

    1. Yes please do so =) and since you've not read any books by her before, I think it'd be best if you start with Catching Jordan first.
