Q: We are about to see a lot of posts & tweets about reader
conventions, RT, BEA, ALA and many more are starting soon. Which one
would you love to attend? Where and why?
I only know BEA and ALA but I have no idea what RT is =/ Seriously I would love to attend all book conventions out there. Why? BOOKS... and not just only that but because I have a chance to learn more about new releases, talk to authors and meet new people who share the same interest as me. Isn't it great?

BEA is one I'd love to attend. RT is Romantic Times. It's hosted by Romantic Times Magazine and think of it like RWA (Romance Writers of America), but without the hefty fees.

Any of them would be amazing to go to, but I don't have the budget to take a plane from Belgium to the USA. =(

ReplyDeleteI only knew about ALA and looked up the other two today, lol. I'd love to go to the BEA in NYC. I've been to NYC but didn't get to see a lot of it, so I'd like to go back and do some sight seeing. :) Your reasons are the same as mine for wanting to go. I'd love meeting people, although I'm super shy in person, and I'd love talking books and just having the experience. It'd be a dream. :)
